Arm Liposuction

Arm liposuction is a procedure rarely performed by Dr Weiss, as it is unhelpful for skin excess (only worsening the problem) and in cases of genuine fat surplus, it creates skin excess.

It should be used on a case-by-case basis. In general, with fat surplus on the inner arms there is also marked skin excess, which will likely be worsened by fat volume reduction, sometimes necessitating an arm lift with very significant scarring.

This procedure can only be performed on individuals who are fully informed and understand that there is a high probability of requiring a second procedure, the arm lift, to achieve a truly satisfactory result.

Arm liposuction specifics:

• procedure performed as outpatient surgery,
• virtually no scarring,
• 2 small 3mm incisions,
• procedure duration: 40 to 50 minutes,
• extremely modest pain,
• compression sleeves worn for one month day and night.
